Our Commitment to Accessible Full-time Education — At Edullect Academy, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and flexibility when it comes to admissions and tuition fees. As a not-for-profit school, our priority is to make high-quality full-time education as accessible as possible. We work hard to keep our fees affordable, ensuring that more families can benefit from the exceptional learning environment we offer—without compromising on standards, care, or opportunity.

Important VAT Update

Beginning 1st January 2025, Government requires VAT to be applied to all provisions offered by private independent schools for pupils of compulsory school age (5 to 19 years).

However, according to current government guidelines, nursery and wrap-around care are exempt from VAT.

Nursery Provision

At Edullect Academy, we believe every child deserves a rich and balanced start to their learning journey. Our nursery programme combines the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a nurturing Islamic education, carefully designed to be delivered over 30 hours per week. This full-time approach ensures children have the time, space, and support to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

Because the full 30 hours are needed to experience our complete curriculum, we do not offer part-time or AM/PM-only places. Families receiving 15 hours of government-funded childcare are welcome to top up the remaining hours through our tuition fees.

Admissions Fee

Required to be Paid after Registration

Admissions Fee: £550 + VAT (£660)

Admissions Fee Policy: An admissions fee is payable at the time of registration for the admission to be processed for Reception, and Primary entry. This fee is a one-time payment for Primary; no additional admissions fees will be required once a child is enrolled in Primary.

Please note that the admissions fee is non-refundable.

Tuition Fees

Nursery

After 20 June 2025: £4,195 (Additional 15 hours)*

Parents entitled to 30 hours government funding will not be required to pay.

Reception & Primary

After 20 June 2025: £5,895 + VAT (£7,074)*

Payment Options

Full (single) Payment

We encourage parents who are financially able to consider paying the full tuition fee in a single instalment. Doing so supports the school in managing its resources more effectively, allowing us to plan ahead and continue providing a high standard of education for all our students.

6 Instalments (Half-Termly)

While we encourage parents who are financially able to pay the full tuition fee in one instalment, we understand that this may not be possible for every family. For those who require it, we offer the option to pay in six manageable instalments throughout the academic year. Our aim is to ensure that finances are never a barrier to accessing quality education.

Discounts & Annual Fee Adjustments

Sibling Discount - 5%

To further support families and make quality education more accessible, Edullect Academy offers a 5% discount on tuition fees for each additional sibling enrolled.

This initiative reflects our commitment to easing the financial burden on parents while continuing to provide a high standard of education for all our students.

Annual Fee Adjustment

At Edullect Academy, our fees are subject to a yearly review to ensure sustainability and continued excellence in education. As part of this process, an annual increase of 3–6% may be applied, reflecting rising operational costs.

This adjustment allows us to invest in quality teaching, learning resources, and the overall development of our school community—while remaining mindful of affordability for families.

Fee Refund Policy

In the event that a parent chooses to withdraw their child, or if a withdrawal is required due to a serious incident, please note that all fees due up to the date of withdrawal must be paid in full. Additionally, an early withdrawal fee of 25% of the total annual tuition fee will apply.

This policy reflects the impact such withdrawals have on the school’s ability to fill the place, often resulting in a financial shortfall that affects the sustainability of our educational offering. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the shared responsibility of maintaining the quality of education for all our students.
